Mechanical System Engineer

Job Description
Develop and execute digital imaging product development testing criterion necessary for design specification verification, quality reliability, Manufacturing test/inspection, field evaluation, and ISO/FDA validation.  Actively engage in group design coordinated efforts and convey mechanical/optical engineering design essentials, perform verification/validation output testing and set specific DOE’s to achieve desired results, execute failure mode analysis techniques for product improvements, and evaluate product designs for; durability, challenging environments, quality reliability, regulatory safety, and manufacturability.

Professional Requirements
BSME with min 2 years related work experience, or MSME with min 1 year related work experience.
Individual must have experience in the following;
·         Group design collaboration for product development
·         Test plan DOE’s and execution
·         Product validation/verification testing
·         Prototype product development and BETA site feedback analysis
·         Failure mode analysis
·         Optical systems, with imaging aspects a plus
·         Electronic microprocessor control PCB systems
·         Regulatory interaction (e.g.; UL, FDA, ISO) and understanding of requirement compliance
·         Test fixture development
·         3D CAD modeling, with SOLIDWORKS knowledge a plus

Position will ultimately require an ability to solve/enhance optical and laser design issues, component reliability/limitation studies, material issues/options, mechanical structural loading, thermal design optimization techniques, and shock/vibration/acoustical noise aspects relative to the products.  Experience relative to these attributes is considered desirable.

Develop mixed-mode C++/CLR applications using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008.
Develop 32-bit / 64-bit compatible code with Microsoft Visual Studio 2008.

Professional Requirements
Experience developing mixed-mode C++/CLR applications using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008.
Experience developing 32-bit / 64-bit compatible code with Microsoft Visual Studio 2008.
Experience creating and using Visual Studio 2008 Test Projects.
Experience developing firmware for USB peripherals for Windows systems.
Experience developing WDF kernel-mode drivers and WinUSB based device drivers.
Experience developing ActiveX and Windows Forms (.NET) controls.
Experience developing for DirectShow, WIA, and Still-Image.
Experience with image manipulation, image processing algorithms, and knowledge of digital sampling theory.
Familiarity with VHDL is a plus.

Amada Press Brake Operator to produce parts to specifications, read and interpret drawings,  and or set up sheets. Must be able to use measuring tools.

Minimum 2 years experience operating in a manufacturing enviromennt or trade school equivalent operating Amada Press Brake. NT Experience a plus. Must have the ability to read blueprints.
 

Senior Designer

Job Description
Design of new electro-mechanical products for the Dental / Medical / NDT markets using 3D CAD models.
 
Professional Requirements
3 to 5+ years experience in 3D CAD modeling and design with SolidWorks, BOM development, detail drawing creation, assembly drawings and ECOs. Knowledge of plastic moldings and castings required.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent in work experience.
 

Electrical Engineer

Job Description
Design of circuits and products for the Dental / Medical / NDT fields.
 
Professional Requirements
5+ years experience in analog and digital circuit design and development. Knowledge of ORCAD schematic capture or equivalent. Experience in troubleshooting and debugging designs. Knowledge of CCDs, CMOS sensors and video a plus. Experience with C/C++ required.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Master’s degree a plus.
